re: Gyrociser/Dynabee

Does anyone have any information concerning the gyrociser or dynabee products used for hand and wrist rehab? I am conduction my 3rd year project and would like to evaluate this devices clinical uses. Thankyou. Angus Stewart, University of Hertfordshire, England.
