Metabolic Equivalent Chart

Have a look over metabolic Equivalent Chart which is a useful measure to assess and prescribe Physical activities following any cardic event or surgical procedure. Please, keep the physical activities to not more than 5 metabolic equivalent ( 5MET) following two month after any cardiac event or surgical procedure.
