Hopeful to become Physio Student

I am not yet a physio student. I am still an undergraduate student in kinesiology and health science. I would like to apply to two physio programs in particular: the physio program at the University of Toronto, and the physio program at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

I was wondering what tips I could get from the intelligent folks on these message boards.

1. What can I do to enhance my chances of getting into the program? Grades and volunteer work is a given. What can I do besides that?

2. Are there any tips that can help enhance my volunteer experience?

3. Does anyone know what the top physio clinics are in Toronto and York Region?

4. Does volunteering at a prestigious clinic enhance my chances of getting in, or is all volunteer work at any clinic essentially count the same?

Thank you all for your help!
