Unhappy Help me please wth my Research

Hello everyone.. this is my 1st message and i hope anyone will read it can helpe me with my research..
i am doing a research on lung cancer on general and the Dr wants me to put the physiotherapy treatment plan for post-operative pulmonary tumr
if anyone can give me the short cut of what will b my work or send me a link with a good website that can provide me good information about it please,,

Have you searched databases like CINAHL, PUBMED, PEDRO and examined the research available. How about through the university library. NICE, SIGN provide guidelines, how about CSP, and organisations similar in Europe.

Dear Friend..
Thnx for the fats repy.. and to tell u the truth Lol.. here in my country.. we dont have a Library in our college suck as huge universitys lol.... thts why i stick to the internet because it provides faster and more usefull information than the once ill find in my college..
and about the research it self i just started the basics about th lung cancer it self than the operation,,etc and yet its going to be my first time to seach for information about the physiotherapy treatment it self,, because its my 1st time,,, hope u caqn lea me to an easy way for a start just to understand it all thanx aot againe
