sports therapy focuses pretty much on the musculoskeletal aspect of physiotherapy..........anatomy, assessment etc is all the same/ However you won't pick up on the neuro and cardio stuff that physios do.........I've done a sports therapy degree and am now doing my physiotherapy training!
My opinion - physiotherapy eevrytime - you can do all sports stuff with physiotherapy, but you can;t do the other physiotherapy aspects with a sports therapy degree. Then there is also the issue of getting jobs with a sports therapy - my own experience is that noone is interested unless you're a physio
