help gait!!

Hiya, just want 2 confirm, how does a tendon achilles rupture and a bi-malleolar fracture can eefct gait. alsp why isi it important to complete an incomplete assessment b4 treatment , i know the basic but need a bit. i hope u all can help. look forward to ur reply
