Hi Physio Students. Forums provide student a great place to find out information about our profession. They also provide a place for you to post a message that you may be looking for some work experience. This may be in a particular interest area, an overseas student placement or even a job with the local sporting team.

I am currently studying on an Science Access course. I am hoping to go to Birmingham University next summer to do my degree in Physiotherapy as a mature student.

Birmingham University have stated the importance to work experience. I have arranged some with a local hospital, but all they can offer me is one day.

I would be interested to have some contacts in the area for experience now or further afield for experience over the Christmas and summer holidays.

Any suggestions?

Hi again. I am currently in London for the holidays and was wondering if it would be possible to get some work experience here now for the month of december. Does anybody take students in for holidays? Who can I contact?
