Re: physios of malaysia/+foreign PT n malaysia

let mie be frank.. ive had good and enough experiences both in government and private sector.. means has worked with government ( i resigned ) last year and this year im working with private sector.. in between i worked in overseas for 6 months... being frank here,,, overseas in so much better!!! working with open minded ppl.. with a lot of benefits and human rights..i bet you ( you will never get it in malaysia...).. private sector is a shit now!! i have 4 years experience . and can you imagine they are willing to pay mie only 2500.00 ringgit... werelse i was earning 3500.00 euros last 6 months back..and government .. well yes its a higher pay than private .. for starting.. but mind you your yearly increament is going to be more slower than private.. everybody says government pay is high now... but if you do your maths... from now to another 3 years time.. how much are you goin to earn..? extra 150.00? or maybe the highest rm300.00... wat are you goin to do with that??!! can yu even buy a good quality shoes!!? like wat had happened.. the oil subsidies has been taken away... remember all the other allowances can be taken away anytime...the very tendency are the COLA ( cost of living allowances) i have been to the induction- the top ppl had warned us ealier way back abt the pulling of the allowances.. and then wat left for you guys?? peanut? well even the private is not good enough.. the pay less at the initial and more later on... if you are lucky you get 10% to 30% of revenue /patient including your cert allowances / food/ and basic salary.. by the third year you will be earning double than the government.!!! actually even private are not stable.. they can go down any time... but yet you are more discipline...and learn more things and provide quality than government....you just have to fight for your rights.
