Lightbulb I Wish 2 say thanku 2 Helen!

Hey Everyone,
I was hoping someone could help me, I was a patient at Blackpool Victoria Hospital back in 2000/2001 and ever since i was discharged I have been tryin to find the Physiotherapist that I had on ward 32. I only wish to say thankyou, I got to say thankyou to everyone but Helen my physio. I know it sounds stupid since it was some years ago but I thought it's worth a try since i feel really bad cause she helped me alot. So if anyone can help I would be so grateful. I know it's a long shot since all I know is her first name!
Thanks anyways for reading this

I used to work in a different hospital in 2000/01 but I still have some connections. I'll phone around for you and see what I can find out. No promises!
