Has anyone out there worked in Saudi Arabia?

I have a job in Saudi Arabia which is due to start next year. I would love to hear from anyone who has worked in Saudi Arabia in the last 5 years........particular females. Please would you let me know whether it was a good/bad experience, what to expect from a clinical point of view, problems experienced due to the culture, what the social scene is like etc. I would be very grateful for any reply!
