runner needs help
hi guys,im a very keen runner but recently i have been suffering from pain on the inside of my calf muscle, right next to the shin bone, when i rub between the muscle & bone the pain region seems to only be about the size of my finger tip,not the whole muscle,i hope that is making sense to you.
I have seen a specialist & his diagnosis is that i have slightly dislocated my knee& propably damaged some msucle fibres in the process of which has stretched/pulled the ligament in my ankle, hence the painbut i have suffered no knee pain whatsoever. He tugged & pulled my knee around till it was back in place & said rest for a bout a month/6 weeks,i been so see him a couple times & eachtime he does the same pulls etc on my knee to make sure its settled in place.Does this sound right to you,as im mythed how my knee doesnt hurt but the inside of my calf does or is there anything else i can to for a speedy recovery. I await your replies with open arms........ |
