Neck & Chest Pain going for a long time. Loosing hope. Need advice.

Hi Guys,
I have quite a few injuries that I am trating for a long time and I just don't get better.

I have a neck injury that I got while surfing 1 year ago. I have done a lot of PT for it and it's much better now, but it's still there. Even after 1 yr it still bother me.

I also have a chest pain in the middle of the chest where the the sternum and the ribs meet. It's been diagnosed as a chest avulsion.

I have been to the orthopedist to see my chest and done an MRI. MRI didn't show anything, so the ortho told me to see a regular doctor. I did EKG and other tests and everything is normal. But my pain is still there.

After a lot of PT and not much improvement, the doctor recently prescribed me a medrol pack, which I took about 2 months ago. Than I took another one a week ago.

But there is not much improvement.

Besides that I also have something going on the right shoulder. It hurts and the range is not good.

Every time I go to PT we do exercises for the shoulder, chest and neck. Many of those are the same exercises. Plus , my PT does massage on my chest, shoulder & neck, and then I do ice and STEM.

I have been spending a lot of time and money, trying to get better, and it's just not working that well.

Do you guys have any advice?

Is it possible that I lack some kind of vitamin that could affect the healing process? It's alays like that. I had injuries in the past on the knees and wrist, and it took a long time to heal, and it's not 100% to this day. My knee only got better after I took a cortisone shot. But I still need to be careful with it when working out.

I really appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks so much

Thanks
