elbow stiffness following fracture

i fractured my radial head 3 mnths ago and was given a sling and physio involving rom and stretches. elbow rom is very reduced with pain during physio and stretching in the cubital tunnel.currently my physio is applying a lot of overpressure which is extremely painful medially over the post ulna and cubital tunnel. it stiffens up v quickly again afterwards. what should i do? will i persist with stretching and physio even though it appears not to be getting anywhere?will i ever have full rom again?
