cirvical slipped disc
Hi,
I have had a slipped disc for 6 months now, confirmed with skan, tried Osteopath and acupuncture without success. I have been through the system and awaiting appointment with surgeon. I went through a very bad patch recently being woken up in the early hours in terrible pain in my arm which led to morphine being prescribed. After a few days on this drug all pain in the arm, hand and shoulder have gone, I no longer need painkillers ??, still have a little discomfort in the disc 6/7, I'm sure some excersise would help now? can you reccommend some basics. thanks. Steph
