detailed neuro assesment for cerebellar dysfunction

hello...can anyone please provide me a detailed assesment for cerebellar dysfunction..she has an posterior cranial fossa tumor and was removed..so she is having all cerebellar dysfunction symptoms?

OK, inorder to help you we need full assessments!

Generally,

Be careful of positions that would increase intracranial pressure,
Negative aspects of might being her vision center affected,
Gentelity and extreme care to handle positions for her head,
Other associated problems!!
