Pin In Finger

Hi,
I recently had an operation on my right ring finger. The fracture was on the lower part of the finger, after weeks of failed buddy straps and splints they operated on the finger inserting a pin to fix the fracture.

My hand was in a cast for two weeks, and this week ( w/e 20/6/08 ) the cast has been removed and some of the stitches taken out.

Im left with a very sore and stiff finger, with about 10% movement.

Im looking for advice on how to get the finger moving again, any exercises or advice is welcome. i know its very early yet but i am worried that if i leave it to long I will not be able to bend it ever.

The fracture happened 8 weeks ago, while bowling. Yea I know, I do feel silly.
