Groin Pain
I just recently injuried my groin playing soccer. I was in a bit of pain, not a lot, but I can feel it bit, like a tight feeling, theres no brusing or inflammation. Three days after, I had a game, I felt good to play, no pain. Mid way through the game, I felt the pain come again. I took just around two weeks off, no running, just relaxing. I had a game yesterday, and after the game I felt pain again and so too today with no brusing yet again.. This injury doesn't stop me from playing, but I sense I'm not 100%, it puts me back from sprinting 100% etc due to the small pain. I don't know what to do nor what this injury is. Strain, pull, etc? Can anyone help me, it seems to be reoccuring now, so I would like to know what kind of treatment I should do and what I can do on my own as well to help it recover and stop the reoccurence of pain.
Anything will be appreciated, thanks |
