HELP! Extremely bad shoulder pain!

Hi,
i have been having shoulder pain for about 6 months and it has gotten worse. I am a teenager and i have been researching on the internet. I am going to the dr in the holidays but i really want some help before i go as many friends have had to go 6 times before the dr actually did anything.
The things that tend to hurt are:
My shoulders (especially)
Elbows,
Top of back
&
Fingers
I have recently got some spots on my shoulders and they feel hot to the touch. They click and hurt alot. They hurt more in the evenings and going on the trampoline kills me.

Can anyone help?

Re: HELP! Extremely bad shoulder pain!

the main source of your problem is from your shoulder and maybe there's a nerve impingement, just go to the doctor and let see what happened..
