Swelled up knee
Hi, I dont know if this is the correct place to post this, but basically i had a fall off my bike about 2 weeks ago.
This resulted in my knee swelling up on the outisde top bone; just above knee cap/very top of knee cap which i treated with ice and gradually my knee has got better. I now have near full movement however the swelling is not going away. I also have a bit of a lump just above my knee cap on the outside of my leg that my other leg does not have. I was back on the bike after 3 days rest which was probably rushing it and made it worse but i need to keep my fitness up with race season ahead. I can ride ok although my knee is a bit week and doesnt feel right althoigh pedaling isnt so much of a problem in easy gears. Does anyone know what kind of injury this could be or what i should do to get rid of the swelling (ive had ice on it near constantly since crash)? Thanks for your help |

Re: Swelled up knee
You should have a professional have a through look at it first before you persist with your training and possible make your injuries a lot worst than it is currently.
