anterior chest pain

Hi...

I am currently treating a guy who is complaining on anterior chest pain on his L side, it only bothers him lying on his front in bed where it becomes a sharp pain. The pain is not great on deep inspiration, and he has no reproduction on pain on rotation.

I have assumed a Tx./rib dysfunction about T7-T12 (as to pain directly over facets/costovert. joints on the left side)

Have I missed anything else to consider?
