Multiple Elbow Fractures

I had an accident just before Christmas falling from a ladder and breaking both my elbows my right worse than my left, right the radial head had to be pinned approx 10 times my concern now I'm on the mend is that no matter how I try I don't seem to be getting any more bend use back. Does anybody know some good exercise to help?
