I cant do this anymore.
I've paid 7 Physiotherapists now, begged them to give me an exercise to fix my lateral shift caused by a bulging disc.
most of them dont know how.
One thought if I strengthened my lower core the shift would correct itself, it hasn't.
My Right Hip has tilted backwards with the L5S1 and L4L5 Disc bulge. My Spine looks like the Letter S.
My Right Hip is tilting back, causing a mild Lateral Shift, and Nobody seems to know how to correct it.
I am furious that even the Mckenzie doctors I've seen havn't given me a stretch to fix it, Oh just do the mckenzie stretch every 2 hours.
It doesn't bloody help.
How do I fix a lateral shift. Please? Someone Must know.
