Question lissomal disease

Hi, I am a Brasilian Pt and I have a very particulary Paediatric Case That ,I`ve to share with someone that may help me , giving me an advice or where to looking for a site about How To Treat The "niemam Pick Disease classe C "? Because this is the first case that I have see In 13 years working as Pt the only similary case was Goucher but I just had one case . Please Iwould be very graetfull if aneone could help.

hi
i understand from what i read about this disese that the most common problems that these pt suffers are:
spactisty
delay milestone
pulmonory insuffiency
growth delay
ataxia
and the severity of these symptoms depend on the severity of the disease and his age
so you have to asses this pt like others who have CP, observe his milestone level and his motor developmental level, i prepher that you use GMFS ( gross motor functional Scale) for your assessment so you can make a clear picture about your pt problem, once you understand your pt proplem you start your PT
like dealing with spacticty using streatching, splenting, correct functional deformities if it there, and start to facilitate his motor function..
