motor assessment for CP?

Hello,
could you please let me know what is the best measurement tool to assess the hand function in CP ( maily hemiplegics) specifically grasp?

- if the patient is CP, it has been suggested in another post that you can use GMFCS .. that is " Gross Motor Function Classification System for cerebral palsy "
