treatment of CDH

We treat CHD with Pavlik harnesses. Does anyone know of any good info re latest treatments etc for CDH? Also, I have heard of a different brace which is used to treat CDH in QLD. Can anyone give me more info re this?

Haynes RJ (2001) Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip: Etiology, Pathogenesis, and Examination and Physical Findings in the Newborn. Instructional Course Lectures, 50, 535-40.
Willis RB (2001) Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip: Assessment and Treatment Before Walking Age. Instructional Course Lectures, 50, 541-545.
Moseley CF (2001) Developmental Hip Dysplasia and Dislocation: Management of the Older Child. Instructional Course Lectures, 50, 547-553.
In relation to braces, I have seen the von Rosen splint being used in Brisbane. Interesting references are the original von Rosen articles (try around year 1962 - Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery). I could find no info comparing von Rosen splint to Pavlik harness.
