post botox therapy guideline

hello friends can any1 put useful links on do's and do't.critearea of fixing the dose,and outcome measures.i used give antagonostic streanghening in botox.is it enough?

i wish if i could know also the guidelines following botox injection

helo friends foloowing botox the muscle isn't fully streached ,y?i ussually concentrate on antagonistic strenghening following botox.i heard it's also used in spastic blader.can any1 put more light on it?
