Mitochondrial Myopathy - can you help me???
I am a physiotherapist. My patient is a 5 year old girl with
mitochondrial myopathy
.
She is hypotonic, hyper mobile joints & bilateral hip dislocation.
My question, is it safety to make her walk with a kaye walker?
