knee adhesion

Hello friends here r some question regarding knee adhesion,pls share u r views.how many days r taken to form knee adhesion sever enouf to restrict 75% of movt?which part of knee capsule envolves most?what should be prognosis from conservative treatment cases older than 2 months?is there muscle tightness or adhesion restricting movt in chronic cases?is there scope of manipulation under sedation in chronic 1?does adhesion spontaneniously breakdown in growing age patient?if yes upto how mutch?can arthroscopy help?

These are textbook questions that are probably best to be looked up in an orthopaedic textbook. TBH I don't have access to any textbooks at this moment, and couldn't give you answers unless I looked each of those up.
