Exclamation meniscal injury+ACL injury

hi friends
recently i had 2 patients with medial meniscal,lateral meniscal and ACL injury on the same extremity.both underwent arthroscopic medial meniscectomy.both are athletes and had a history of similar injury which was managed conservatively.
had anybody comed across specific protocol in such injuries?if yes please let me know

hi friend,
well u can use cryotherapy, electrical muscle stimulation to quadericeps. knee ext. 90 to 40 degree.wt.bearing as tolerated with cruch / suport. continous use of compression braces

Have a look at the work of donald shelbourne, he is one of the top surgeons and rehabilitator of acl and meniscus injury.
