Post op phyiso for medial & posterior malleoli. op 4wks ago, 60yr old very active

Hi there,
I am a 60 yr male who pre medial fracture accident worked outdoors in a very physical job. I wish to return to active duties ASAP and would like advise on what exercise/physio can help speed up this process. I have been non weight bearing for 4 week since op and have a further 2 wks before returning to Orthopedic Clinic for a check up. Any advise would be greatly received.
Thanks Phillip
