I would like to know if there is a valid outcome score/scale of TKR/THR?

Hi there again

There is also an interesting overview article of joint replacement in the following link: Total Joint Replacement Rehabilitation

Whilst it is not exactly an outcomes document it does outline some things you might consider in measuring and their effect on the outcomes. Hopefully someone will post some copy of an actual outcome measure they are currently using. 8o
