Also a couple of great texts are those on muscle energy techniques and manipulation by Philip Greenman.

Manipulation of the Spine, Thorax and Pelvis: An Osteopathic Perspective (Book with CD-ROM for Windows & Macintosh) (Paperback) by Philip E. Greenman (Foreword), Peter Gibbons, Philip Tehan

and also

Principles of Manual Medicine (Hardcover)
by Philip E. Greenman
