hi
i hav a patient shez been on dialysis frm abt 22 yrs...she also do hav the laminectomy at c4,c5 level....
she had the signs f quadriplegia... now she complains the severestiffness in hands...nd othes gross joints f body..she has the severe sensory neuropathy as well... non diabetic...
can anyone suggest me the proper management...specially for the presenting complain(stiffness of hand)...shortening of extensors and flexors...

may u have to make more and more assessment of his muscles,joints together with ur physician(orthopedics &neurologist)
i think u have to be careful from being apply to her a traction...especially she had a laminactomy!!
