GOST books for Upper limb surgery?

I'm a British physio working in Australia. Does anyone from the UK know how I would get my hands on one of the GOST (Guide for Orthopaedic Surgeons and Therapists) books for upper limb surgery. I think they were developed by Jo Gibson at Liverpool University?
