Does anyone have any treatment ideas for OS...other than the usual rest , ice, pulsed shortwave, and graded exercise program? Tks.

There is a great way to unload the petella tendon and therefore reduce the load on the tibia, hence reduce pain and calcification. Ask one of you local sports physio's who knows stapping techniques for a demo. It's simple and very efective.
