re: tmj

I would look for lectures on Bruxism (grinding of the teeth at night). I have been to a few orthopaedic conferences that have included this topic. Whilst this is very interesting and PT's have worked closely with dentists in the USA and Australia, here in the UK it hasn't really been acknowledged.
