exercise software

Would anyone know of a comprehensive, easy to use, and practical exercise software package. I would like to find out the supply source and company that might be able to demo for me. I am particularly interested in ortho, neuro, respiratory and urogenics package. Exercise and possibly educational components. If you are using this software and like it, please let me know. Thanks
