something about knee and hip contracture and stiffness
Yesterday an ortho.surgeon reffer a patient to me with the knee stiffness after fracture of fumer shaft 4 months ago.He can flex the knee upto 30 degree.I am giving him hot pack with gliding,patelar movt,gentle hold relax amd mobalization with strengthing quadriceps,but the problem is that his knee is in hyperextension.Can somebody help me especially when a surgeon reffer such case?
