lumbar stabilisation/pilates
i'm looking for information on the role transversus abdominis with respiratory muscle action (ie its role through different stages of respiration and/or differnet postures), if anyone knows of where to find such info or of any articles, would be appreciated

Try the jull & richardson et al book therapeutic exercise for segmental spinal stabilisation
