achilles rupture rehab

Hi
I am a third year physio studying in Melbourne, Australia. i have recently undergorn surgery of my achilles. I am trying to find some information with regards to the rehabilation process that i will have to undergo for the injury. I would apreshiate any information anyone can give me, or recomend to me on the subject.
