Wilson's Disease

I have a current client who has shown little change during Physio intervention. Does anyone have any recent experience with Wilson's Disease? Is maintenance therapy more appropriate than rehab?

Wilson's Disease

Looks very complex to me, I don't have any experience with this but would like to know more. What area do you work in? What do these people present with to you? I found some info on the net but not much(nothing) physio related. I make up they get neuro symptoms.
