neurological rehab wesites

Hi there all you people,

I am still a student, starting 4th year in a month. I am suppose to give a presentation about "learning and improving your treatment using tools on the net". So I actually just asking for you guys to post names of websites you use that are helpful in practical work.

I would be grateful for any website that is connected somehow with rehabilitation.

Thanks a lot anyhow
