Neural Tension test ULLT 2B

Please could somebody tell me, if a ULLT 2B tension test is positive on cervical flexion.

1 Does this indicate that there is some form of tesion in the structure it self./ nerve.
2 Is it possible to relieve the person's symptoms through mobilization techniques?i,e, stretching

Thanks

Is this a student asking a question? Best look in one of David Butlers Books in the Library Also findings in isolation don't tell you much as all. They are merely one of many eggs to add into one basket or another
