Spasms in Spine/Torticollis/Locking Neck

I had a severe injury which yanked my shoulder downwards and made my back of neck and spine crooked. My shoulder is hurt bad but another story...i am worried about the sharp pains and locking up when i try to straighten neck...i was told injury triggered spasmodic torticollis...i look like a freak show the past week with a funny bent upward shoulder and head stuck to the side.

Is an MRI helpful? can this xray tell anything? The ER said nothing and rushed me out..i cannot see a specialist for a long wait...just looking for "any" opinion on these xrays...PCP Dr. was also not saying much..do i need new doctors? A genuine thank you for any advice for a young man in pain..i havent slept much in 1 week dont know where to turn.
