Coma Patients

A FRIEND OF THE FAMILIES RELATIVE HAS JUST WOKEN FROM A FIVE YEAR COMA AFTER AN RTA. i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE TREATMENT AND APPROACH TO THIS SITUATION.
