Hi everyone
I have apatient who diagnose with bilateral facial nerve palsy. The facial muscle involvement has gots better after 4 weeks after exs. However, patient quality of life is disturbed with the double vision that he is having. This actually prohibit him from going to work daily and also driving. Is that way for me to help him??is this weakness of the lateral rectalis of eyeball??no c/o dizziness. Thanks. |

Re: Bilateral Facial Palsy
Hi there,
Check out if the patient had been wearing glasses before and when did he last check his eye sight? The acuity problem and the muscle weakness wud exacerbate the condition. |
