SCI and Strength Training

Hello

I was looking to see if anyone is aware of literature or protocols governing strength training and Spinal Cord Injury's.

So far i think training the non paretic limb seems to be standard excercise of 10 reps 50-80% max with a goal of 3 sets 3 times per week

Does any more info?

Thanks a million

Kieran
