1. Take complete assessment
2. Care fully note her problems in ADL activities ( try to get the cause), and health condition. 3. (she might have developed abnormal patterns) avoid those by giving proper exercises , home advises (positioning in lying, sitting, standing etc.) 4.treatment for spasticity - positioning, passive movements, stretching, icing, brushing, stimulation....... 5. if she can able to do an activity actively and correctly echorage her to do that , or give resistence to that (make the movement complicate) 6.exercise for affected , non affected limbs and trunk. (enchorage ADL activities) 7.balance 8.sesory re-education --maintenece of position during activity and rest is very importent. --take care of joint subluxation. |
