dear friends im mansi graduated recently and currently working at an institute, recently recently assessed a case of viral meningitis, shes had it since the age of 13 years and now shes 22 years old, with visible improvent in the past few months she still lacks balance and co-ordination along with tremors while performing fine motor skills.and inability to walk, kindly provide me with an overall treatment stratergy and your views on it,
