ventilated head injury patient

Hi all,
Can anybody tell me What adaptations would be made when treating a ventilated head injury patient?

hi,

one of the most important items is that to not put the patient in postion related to gravity especially to make drinage as this positions 'll increase internal cranial pressure then sudden death,so u have to make modifications if ur patient need postural drinage.!

keep in mind possiple chest proplems,contiue to monitor his vital signs befor ,through and at end of ur work.

i think there are also other items..
